Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Final Sale Items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@houseoffavour.shop with your order number and photos of the item.
